MDK alongside Jamie Lidell & Squarepusher is a important figure of Spymania Records, the impudent English label. A producer known for his personal touch and figurative sound in many different styles, who has done remixes for various artists such as Super Collider. After 7 years meditating and returning to his origins in Macedonia, MDK is now back at the top with maturity. "A Theme" is a Grime track that could be found as the hymn to this genre, all the ingredients needed are featured : a heavy sweltering ambiance, jerky rythmics and an ear warming bass! "Squpip" features samples of Knid & Spandex (PleatedLemon). This one is a floor filler. Although it is a classic 4x4, it sounds like tribal funky music. The listener hope it never ends. "Vreme" is a laidback melancholic triphop but it is filled with such hope, it makes you want to surrender and bang your head. It's MDK's soul climax.
